Kyosho Corp., a drone maker, was demonstrating multi-rotor copters. It said one reason drones are getting more popular is that they provide “a more stable platform in the air than traditional remote-controlled copters.”
Tomy was displaying its new talking robot Ohanas:
Tomy and Docomo jointly developed a talking robot toy, OHaNAS. Designed to resemble a sheep, the small robot can have “natural conversations” with people by using Docomo’s voice-agent technology.
Ohanas, is only 16 cm high, looks like a pudgy, round alarm clock with two eight-color LED eyes and stumps for feet !
